At Talking Communication we know that staff turnover can be an ongoing battle in education settings. Unfortunately, this can mean settings are hesitant to invest in training for the fear that staff may leave and take knowledge and skills with them.
We are committed to ensuring that staff turnover doesn't lead to children missing out on interventions that would benefit their wellbeing and education. When a setting trains at least three staff members as Early Talk Boost, Talk Boost KS1 or Talk About Talk Secondary practitioners, Talking Communication will commit to ensuring your setting has trained practitioners for the next three years.If one of your trained teachers or teaching assistants moves on, just get in touch and we will provide a free space on an upcoming course for another member of staff.

Terms and conditions
- To be eligible for the Turnover Guarantee, a single setting must book at least 3 staff members onto an Early Talk Boost, Talk Boost KS1 or Talk For Work course.
- The term "setting" used here refers to a single early years setting, school or college. For Multi Academy Trusts we may be able to arrange a similar guarantee on a case by case basis - please enquire directly.
- At present we can only offer the turnover guarantee in London and Leicestershire however we hope to be able to expand to other areas.
- Re-training is limited to one member of staff per setting per academic year.
- Offer is valid for 3 years starting from the date of the first training session.
- For settings training 1 or 2 staff members, the Turnover Guarantee can be purchased for a small fee. Please enquire directly for costs.
